How to use
After washing out the Waving Lotion perm, remove excess water from the hair and apply 100 ml of Opti.wave Neutralizer to the hair. Leave on for 5 minutes. Afterwards, carefully remove the curlers and massage the neutraliser into the ends of the hair. Leave on for 1 minute. Then gently lather and wash hair for approx. 5 minutes.
