How to use
Apply directly to the hair and process up to 35 minutes. Then rinse with cool water and apply conditioner. No need to shampoo.
Starting level: 4-7
Mixing ratio: 1:2 (1 part color + 2 parts developer)
Developer: 9% (30 Volume) Matrix SoColor Cream Developer (you can use 20 Volume however; the vibrancy will be severely diminished)
Development time: up to 35 minutes

You cannot use 40 Volume as it increases the alkalinity of the product and will make the product work unexpectedly. i.e. The color may heat up and providing erratic results as well as the possibility of damage/ breakage.
Changing the mixing ratio will affect the alkalinity. You will increase the alkalinity in a 1:1 ratio and as such increase the likelihood, you will get erratic results as well as the possibility of breakage.
Do not mix SoColor Cult with other Matrix Color. The technologies and mixing ratios are very different and would affect the outcome of the end-result.
Hair dyes can cause severe allergic reactions. It is essential to follow the instructions before use. Wear suitable disposable gloves during preparation, application, and rinsing. Read the instructions carefully and follow them exactly. This product is not intended for persons under the age of 16. Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water and seek medical advice. Temporary black henna tattoos may increase your risk of allergy. Do not use hair dye if you have a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp; if you have previously experienced an allergic reaction to a hair colourant; or if you have had a reaction to a temporary black henna tattoo in the past. An allergy alert test must be carried out 48 hours before each use of the product. Make sure you purchase the product early enough to perform the test. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use this product for any purpose other than colouring hair. Rinse hair thoroughly after application. Always follow the instructions for use.
