How to use

RECOMMENDATIONS

• Apply on healthy and resistant hair
• Wait at least 4 to 6 months to repeat the treatment
• Do not use on colored or highlighted hair
• Do not dye or bleach the hair the same day as the treatment

PREPARATION

1. Diagnosis of the hair (thickness, porosity, elasticity, structure and length).
2. Select the correct way of use based on the diagnosis made.

PROCESS

1. Do not wash the hair if it is not necessary, if it is, use Specialist Shampoo, rinse and dry completely.
2. Apply a small amount of Sleek Smoother Treatment to mid-lengths and ends to even out hair porosity and comb through to distribute properly.
3. Divide the hair into 4 sections, forming squares.
4. There are two variants of application of the straightening cream:

• Normal hair: Apply a straightening cream directly.
• Colored hair: Mix 1:1 with Sleek Smoother Treatment.
• Apply the straightening cream with a brush starting at the nape of the neck in 1cm sections, (leave 0.5cm from the root uncovered so as not to damage the scalp). Finish the application in the frontal area.

5. Gently comb through the hair in sections once during application, using a wide-toothed comb. Start at the nape and end at the front area.
6. Respect the minimum exposure time (if necessary, extend by 5 minutes):

• Thick hair: 15-25 min
• Normal hair: 15-25 min
• Fine/brittle hair: 15-20 min
• In all cases, check after 10 minutes of exposure.

7. At the optimum point, comb through with a wide-toothed comb and rinse intensely only with water.
8. Carefully dry excess water with a towel, apply Smoothation (heat protectant to dry) into hair and comb to distribute properly.
9. Dry the hair with a dryer and divide it into 4 parts, to straighten it with the flat iron, starting at the nape of the neck in strands of a maximum thickness of 1 cm. Make 1-2 passes on each strand, at 150ºC-180ºC.
10. Apply the Neutralizer, with the same application technique and the same quantity as the smoothing cream used. Exposure time 10-15 minutes.
11. Rinse thoroughly and wash with Sleek Smoother Shampoo. Apply Sleek Smoother Treatment and leave for 10 minutes. Rinse intensely.
12. Dry and iron.
